WEAA is an award ceremony where we will award women from all walks of life from India, who have achieved great heights in their respective fields. Moreover, we are also trying to indulge with women who have suffered harassment & stand with them to show that they are not alone and we respect them and yes, making an effort to make them feel that they are not less, they alone can win this world.
Women have been considered to be the most significant contributor in society. But when it comes to the reality, we see that the women who has been praised for all her work is been emotionally, physically mentally harassed by us. Out of all these women, some of them take stand for themselves, come out of their inner self, stand for their self-respect and dignity and proud their infinity as the lady who deserve and set an example for many more generations to come.
The motive of our event is to honor the beauty of these women who have been working hard to prove themselves to the society that they are not weak and can live there without depending on anyone.
We honor them so as to make other women who are somewhere not speaking out of their right to stand up and fight for their right and self-respect.Moreover, our objective for the event is to promote those women who have been working for the women's right since long so that they get encouraged to reach out to more such women in need.
